Village rules.

The full official rules of the village on a single page. The same text you'll find posted at the Reception, reproduced faithfully so it's clear for everyone.

Check-in

the first day

Check-in

You can check in during Reception opening hours and immediately use the village services.

  • The balance of the stay may be requested upon arrival.
  • Accommodation handover is guaranteed from 17:00.
  • Arrivals after 20:00 are accepted by prior arrangement with Reception.
  • Management reserves the right to request a security deposit upon arrival.
  • At the sole discretion of Management, a security deposit may be required for damages of any kind based on the number of people and the chosen accommodation.
  • Minors are not accepted unless accompanied by their parents.

Check-out

  • Accommodations must be vacated by 10:00; campers and tents by 11:00.
  • Payment for extras must be made when returning the keys at Reception.
  • Anyone needing to leave before our offices open must arrange payment with Reception by 19:00 the day before departure.

⏰ Late Check-out

LATE CHECK-OUT is available (subject to availability to be checked the day before departure with Reception) at the daily guest rate for tent and camper pitches; for all other accommodations the cost is 30% of the last night, including the accommodation until 18:00. One-time fee, not based on hours spent.

Regarding entertainment, on certain periods and events music and shows may end after midnight (Ferragosto). Otherwise entertainment is active from 09:00 to 24:00.

Badge & Gates

Badge & Gates

At check-in you will receive a badge that will be useful during your stay.

  • Use it to open the pedestrian gate and the vehicle gates if you want to use the paid internal parking.
  • Simple system: from outside, just touch the blue sensor light with the badge, 3 meters before the gate on the left.
  • From inside no badge needed: press the red button 3 meters before the gate on the left.
  • We recommend waiting a few seconds for the gate to open.
  • Vehicle entry is not allowed from midnight to 6:00, while exit is always allowed.
  • The pedestrian gate is open to all guests; the sensor is near the gate on the right.
  • From inside no badge needed: press the white button near the gate on the right.
  • Pedestrian entry and exit are always allowed.

Accommodation info

Bungalows

Bungalows are masonry accommodations equipped with bathroom, bath and bed linen set included for stays longer than 3 nights, kitchen, TV, air conditioning, 90 L fridge (no freezer) and outdoor veranda.

Note: Some Bungalows have a kitchenette.

Mobile Homes

Mobile homes have bathroom, bath and bed linen set included for stays longer than 3 nights, kitchen, air conditioning, 90 L fridge (no freezer) and outdoor veranda with table, chair and clothesline.

Note: No TV.

Lodge Tents

Lodge Tents are equipped tents with kitchenette, 90 L fridge (no freezer), bathroom, outdoor veranda, sun loungers and a table.

Note: Linen and bath set on paid request; no air conditioning, no TV.

Tukul

Tukuls are wooden cabins of 12 sqm. Some have bathroom and 90 L fridge (no freezer); others only have beds and a wardrobe.

Note: Bed and bath linen on paid request. No TV and no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan.

Cleaning

Cleaning is the responsibility of the guest, who must return the accommodation clean and tidy. If desired, cleaning can be performed by our staff for a fee; cleaning of the kitchenette and dishes is always the guest's responsibility. Each accommodation has a table, chairs and a clothesline. Bungalows and mobile homes provide linen (sheets and towels) with weekly change.

Warning: To keep the fridge working well, avoid overfilling.

Camper & Tent Pitches

Hot showers are free. At the entrance to the bathrooms there is a keypad: to activate the hot shower, select the number of the chosen shower stall. Hot water is available for 6 minutes.

Sardinian and Italian tradition

The Spinnaker restaurant-pizzeria offers Sardinian and Italian traditional dishes and excellent pizza. Breakfast, half board and full board are available.

Breakfast: 08:00 — 10:00 · Lunch: 12:30 — 14:30 (August only) · Dinner: 19:30 — 22:00

Breakfast

Includes coffee or milk or cappuccino or tea or chocolate + cold milk + fruit juice + still & sparkling water + 1 plain croissant + tart + corn flakes + bread + rusks + yogurt + butter + jam.

Half Board

Starts in the evening and includes dinner (with a meat or fish first course, a meat or fish second course with side, seasonal fruit, ½ liter of water and ¼ liter of wine per person) and breakfast. In August dinner can be swapped for lunch with the restaurant at least one day in advance.

Full Board (August only)

Starts in the evening and includes dinner, breakfast and lunch. Dinner and lunch include a meat or fish first course, a meat or fish second course with side, seasonal fruit, ½ liter of water and ¼ liter of wine per person. The stay can start with lunch instead of dinner by arrangement at least one day in advance. Guests who start with dinner end with lunch. Those who start with lunch end with breakfast.

Breakfast, half board and full board meals not consumed are not refundable.

Beach & Pool

simple rules for everyone

Beach & Pool

  • At the pool and beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are not assigned: their use is free and random; please do not occupy them with personal items in your absence.
  • The pool is open during set hours and a shower before entering the water is mandatory.
  • Diving and ball games in or around the water are strictly forbidden.
  • It is strictly forbidden to reserve loungers/umbrellas with personal items in your absence.

Pets (Dogs & Cats)

  • Allowed in bungalows, tukuls, camping area (tents and campers); in mobile homes and lodge tents only with management approval.
  • Not allowed on the beach or in the pool.
  • All dogs must be kept on a leash and have a muzzle available.
  • Owners must have a scoop and bags to clean up after their pets.
  • For information about the Dog Beach 1 km away, please contact Reception.
