Your personal data (name, email, phone, stay details) are processed to: (a) handle your quote request and booking; (b) fulfill legal obligations (guest registry for public security); (c) respond to information requests; (d) send promotional communications, only with your prior consent.

Performance of contract (quote, booking), legal obligations, explicit consent (newsletter, marketing).
Processing methods
Data is processed with electronic tools, by authorized personnel and with appropriate security measures (servers in EU, controlled access).
Data retention
Booking data is kept for 10 years (tax obligations). Marketing data until consent is revoked. Unfulfilled quote requests up to 24 months.
Third-party disclosure
Data may be disclosed to: booking management tools (myguestcare.com), email providers, analytics services (Google), public authorities (State Police for guest registry). No data is sold to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, delete it, object to processing, withdraw consent, receive data in portable format. To exercise these rights, write to booking@spinnakervacanze.com.
