Is late check-out available?
Late check-out (delayed departure) is allowed subject to availability, to be checked the day before departure with Reception. Departure is possible by 18:00. For tent/camper pitches the standard daily rate applies; for other accommodations there's a 30% surcharge on the last night's rate.
Can I rent a fridge or freezer?
This service is not currently available at our facility.
Is the pool open to outside visitors?
The pool is exclusively for guests of the facility. External visitors can access only if accompanied by resident guests, in limited numbers and with Reception approval, depending on the type of accommodation and length of stay.
Can I receive visitors in my accommodation?
Visitor entry always requires prior authorization from Reception. Visitor rates vary by season, accommodation type and booking period.
Are washers and dryers available?
We have a washer and dryer, usable with tokens purchased at the bar. The mini-market also has detergents, but you can bring your own if you prefer.
Is the restaurant open to non-guests?
Yes, the restaurant-pizzeria is open to everyone. To book a table: +39 328 7388000 or +39 347 4195963.
How can I order fresh bread?
Guests can order bread by 18:00 at the bar to pick it up the following day.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we welcome your 4-legged friends. We have a dedicated Dog Beach and several pet-friendly beaches nearby.
When do bookings open for the 2026 season?
Bookings for the 2026 season are open from November 13, 2025. Sign up to the newsletter to get dedicated early-bird promos.
Do you have ferry agreements?
